F&F Web Systems provides business technology services for small businesses, including website development, AI assistant implementation, hosting, website maintenance, Google Business Profile setup, local business technology setup, and related support services.
These Terms apply generally to use of our website and services. If a client signs a separate Client Service Agreement or written scope of work, those documents may contain additional terms. In case of conflict, the more specific written agreement controls for that project.

By using our website or services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or acting with the consent of an authorized business representative. If acting on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
You agree to use our website and services lawfully. You agree not to use our services for illegal or harmful purposes, attempt to interfere with our systems, submit false or unauthorized information, or use our AI assistant to request illegal or regulated advice.
F&F Web Systems may provide AI assistant features powered by OpenAI technology. These features may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, and conversation history submitted by users. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Users should not rely on AI responses as professional advice.
Do not submit sensitive personal information through the AI assistant, including Social Security numbers, banking details, passwords, or medical records.
F&F Web Systems does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, insurance, or any other professional regulated advice. Consult a qualified professional before acting on any information provided by our website or AI assistant.
When users interact with an AI assistant managed by F&F Web Systems, their messages may be processed through OpenAI-powered technology. F&F Web Systems does not own OpenAI's underlying AI models. We do not guarantee that AI responses will always be accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for every situation.
F&F Web Systems may use Claude as an internal tool to assist with website design, writing, troubleshooting, and setup. Claude is not used to operate our customer-facing AI assistant unless separately stated.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and lawful business information. F&F Web Systems is not responsible for errors or issues caused by inaccurate or outdated information provided by a client. Clients must review website content and AI assistant information before launch.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all materials, systems, templates, workflows, prompts, code libraries, and proprietary tools created or used by F&F Web Systems remain our property. After full payment, a client may own the final website content and design created specifically for them, subject to the applicable service agreement.
Hosting, AI assistant functionality, lead capture systems, and backend infrastructure remain controlled by F&F Web Systems unless specifically transferred in writing. If a client cancels or fails to pay, F&F Web Systems may suspend access to these services.
Clients must pay all fees per the applicable invoice or agreement. Monthly services must be paid on time to remain active. F&F Web Systems may suspend services for unpaid balances.
Invoices not paid within 10 days of the due date may incur a late fee of 5% per month or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is less.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, setup fees, project fees, and monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once work has begun or services have been provided. Monthly fees are not prorated for partially used billing periods.
Clients agree to provide written notice to F&F Web Systems and allow at least 10 business days for resolution before initiating a chargeback. Improper chargebacks for valid services may result in service suspension and recovery of costs.
Either party may cancel monthly services with written notice. Cancellation stops future billing but does not remove responsibility for unpaid balances. Services may stop at the end of the current paid billing period.
Clients may request offboarding assistance within 30 days of cancellation, including transfer of client-owned website files, domain transfer guidance, and reasonable cooperation with a new provider. Offboarding does not include transfer of F&F Web Systems' proprietary systems, AI prompts, or internal tools. All outstanding balances must be paid before offboarding assistance is provided.
F&F Web Systems may use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, improve performance, and support chatbot functionality. We do not sell personal information collected through cookies. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it.
F&F Web Systems may use third-party services for hosting, domains, payments, AI, and security. These services have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policy changes caused by third-party services.
F&F Web Systems does not control Google, search engines, or directory platforms. We do not guarantee search ranking, website traffic, map placement, customer leads, or specific SEO outcomes.
F&F Web Systems is a business technology and AI implementation company. We do not guarantee increased revenue, traffic, customer growth, or specific business results.
We make reasonable efforts to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or constant uptime. Services may be interrupted by outages, maintenance, or events outside our control.
F&F Web Systems provides its website and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or specific business results.
F&F Web Systems' total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, missed leads, AI errors, website downtime, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify F&F Web Systems from claims arising out of your use or misuse of our services, violation of these Terms, inaccurate information you provided, or failure to comply with applicable laws.
F&F Web Systems may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay required fees, initiate an improper chargeback, or misuse our services. Termination does not remove responsibility for unpaid balances.
Unless a client requests otherwise in writing, F&F Web Systems may display completed websites, business names, screenshots, or project descriptions in its portfolio or marketing materials. We will not disclose confidential business information.
F&F Web Systems may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
